Fretboard Fantasy
Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
This policy explains how Tulewing Studios ("we", "us") handles information in Fretboard Fantasy (the "Game"). The short version: we do not collect, store or sell personal information ourselves. Outside the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the free version of the Game shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device information to show them, as described below.
Information we collect
None. The Game has no accounts, sign-in, analytics, crash-reporting or social features. It does not access your contacts, location (other than the approximate location Google infers for ads), camera, microphone, photos or files.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Where ads are shown, the Game uses Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and approximate location, device and app information, and ad interactions, to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and explains it at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required by law, the Game asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings, Privacy Choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. No ads are shown in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, or after you buy Remove Ads.
Information stored on your device
Your settings, high scores, achievements, unlocked picks and purchase status are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes them.
Share button. If you tap Share, the Game creates a score card image on your device and opens your device's share menu. Only the app you choose there receives it, and only when you send it. We never receive it, and the Game uses no social media SDKs or accounts.
In-app purchases
The full game (in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), Remove Ads and pick packs are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We never receive your name, email, payment card or billing details. Google Play tells the Game which items you own and which country your Google Play account is in, so it can unlock them, restore them with Restore Purchases, and apply the right version of the Game for your country.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal information. The only third party that receives device information through the Game is Google, for the advertising and purchases described above.
Do Not Track
We do not track you over time or across apps or websites. Google AdMob's practices are described in Google's policies above.
Your California privacy rights
We do not sell personal information as defined by California law (including CalOPPA and the CCPA/CPRA). Data that Google AdMob collects to show ads is handled under Google's policies; you can limit it with Privacy Choices or by deleting your advertising ID. If you have questions about your information, contact us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it in the Game and on our Google Play listing and change the effective date above.

Fretboard Fantasy
Terms of Use
Terms of Use (EULA)
Effective October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Tulewing Studios ("we", "us") for Fretboard Fantasy (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. A licence, not a sale
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. You do not own the Game or any of its content, and all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Tulewing Studios.
2. Pick packs and other purchases
Pick packs are one-time purchases that give you a licence to use the extra content in the Game. They are not property, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred. Purchases are tied to the Google account you bought them with; use Restore Purchases in Settings to re-unlock them on a new or reset device.
3. Payments and refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy; request them through Google Play. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refunded purchases may be removed from the Game.
4. Fair play
You agree not to cheat or to modify, hack or tamper with the Game; not to use exploits, bots or third-party tools to gain an advantage or unlock paid content without paying; and not to copy, redistribute, resell, decompile or reverse-engineer the Game except where the law expressly allows it. We may reset scores or progress, or end your licence, if you break these rules.
5. Ownership
The Game, including its code, artwork, picks, music, sounds, logos and the names Fretboard Fantasy and Tulewing Studios, belongs to Tulewing Studios and its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party fonts and libraries are used under the licences listed in Credits.
6. Updates and changes
We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any content at any time. We may update these Terms; continuing to play after an update means you accept the new Terms.
7. Health warning
The Game contains flashing lights and rapid patterns. Read the photosensitive seizure warning shown on the title screen before playing, and take regular breaks.
8. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that saved progress will never be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tulewing Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for the Game and its purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Your rights under local law
Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Ending the licence
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game. Your licence ends automatically if you break these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise.
